This removes the need to start from a template file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create a blank Simulink model (R2020a: accept when asked to switch to <em>ert.tcl<\/em>)<\/li><li>Go in <strong>Model Configuration Parameters<\/strong> (Ctrl + E) -&gt; <strong>Code Generation<\/strong><\/li><li>Browse for a <strong>System target file<\/strong> and select <em>imperix_ACG_SDK.tlc<\/em><\/li><li>Add imperix Configuration block to Model<ul><li>Either through the Library Browser under the imperix section<\/li><li>Or by typing \u201cConfiguration\u201d directly within the model<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>That\u2019s it!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>imperix_ACG_SDK.tlc <\/em>is not available in the Model Configuration Parameters<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In MATLAB, go in <code>C:\\imperix\\BB3_ACG_SDK\\simulink\\target<\/code> and run <code>imperix_ACG_SDK_setup.m<\/code> to add paths for the imperix target to the MATLAB path.<br>The <code>savepath<\/code> command makes the setup persistent but may not execute if you do not have admin rights on the computer (check MATLAB logs).<\/li><li>An alternative is to use a <a href=\"https:\/\/ch.mathworks.com\/help\/matlab\/ref\/startup.html\">startup script<\/a>: create a file named <code>startup.m<\/code> which contains the following code and place it in a folder which is in the MATLAB search path (for instance the <em>MATLAB <\/em>folder found in the <em>Documents <\/em>directory).
