The Annual Academic Conference of the Chinese Electrical Engineering Society (ACCES) is a well-known academic conference in the field of electrical engineering in China. It has played a positive role in promoting academic prosperity and scientific and technological progress in the electrical discipline. This year, the annual meeting will invite academics from both academies, experts and recognised leaders in the field of electrical engineering to participate in the exchange of ideas. Through thematic lectures, a series of special academic lectures, paper and poster presentations, technical seminars, exhibitions of innovative achievements and other conference sections, it will offer experts and academics, university teachers and students, electrical engineers and entrepreneurs a platform for exchange and cooperation on new theories, new materials, new technologies and new achievements in the field of electrical engineering and its interdisciplinary subjects.
During the conference, an exchange meeting on fund projects in the fields of electrical systems and integrated energy, and power electronics within the framework of the electrical sciences and engineering discipline of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as a working meeting of the editorial board of the Transactions of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering and Electrical Technology will also be held.

Commencing in 2024, IEEE PELS is embarking on a dynamic new collaboration with the European Center for Power Electronics (ECPE) for the PELS flagship conference, now titled IEEE ECCE Europe. United, IEEE PELS and ECPE are on the brink of unprecedented opportunities in Europe: nurturing innovation, faciliating the exchange of knowledge, and catalyzing transformative breakthroughs in the realm of global power electronics. IEEE PELS and ECPE are inviting the Power Electronics community from academia and industry in Europe to follow us in shaping the new ECCE Europe Conference.
