The Korean Institute of Power Electronics (KIPE) established as a nonprofit organization to promote academic activities and continuous interchange of ideas in the field of power electronics in 1996. The aim of the KIPE is to enhance the academic studies of power electronics and dissemination of its technology within its regulations.
